蜂巢能源科技有限公司（隶属于长城控股集团）成立于2016年，目前员工2000余人，专业从事电芯、模组、PACK、电池管理系统的研发、试制、量产和销售，同时积极拓展上游矿产、正极材料研发加工及下游电池梯次利用、回收、储能、太阳能等领域的业务。目前已建成保定、无锡、上海、韩国及印度五大研发中心，常州金坛生产基地，并成立北京办事处，在建的日本、美国研发中心将于近期完成。

Svolt Energy Technology Company Limited is established in 2016 and belongs to the Great Wall Holding Group. There are more than 2000 employees at present. The company is devoted in the research and development, pilot production, volume production and marketing of cell, module, PACK and IBMS. And its business also expands to research and development of mineral and cathode materials in upstream and the cascade utilization, recycling of battery and energy storage in downstream. Now, the five R&D centers has been established in Baoding, Wuxi, Shanghai, Korea and India, the production base is located in Changzhou and office has also been built in Beijing. The being-built R&D centers in Japan and America will be accomplished recently.

   保定研发中心始建于2016年，投资7亿元，其中材料分析中心、材料试验室、安全性实验室、电性能试验室、固态电池试验室以及电芯、模组试制线、正极材料试制线已全面投入使用。建设中的无锡研发中心预计投入10亿元，新建包含固态电池、太阳能、储能、软包电芯在内的各类试验室及试制线。生产总部设在常州金坛，占地800亩，投资100亿元，采用智能配送、数字化看板与分析、质量追溯与分析、数字化质量检验等智能系统，规划国内总产能于2025年达到76GWH。另外，规划中的欧洲电池工厂投资20亿欧元，计划于2022年底实现一期项目投产。蜂巢能源，立志跻身于欧美市场和高端OEM配套体系，成为世界一流的新能源企业和电池供应商。

Set up in 2016, Baoding R&D center has been invested 0.7 billion Yuan. The Material Analysis Center, Material Lab, Safety Lab, Performance Testing Center, Solid State Battery Lab and the Pilot Production Lines of cell, module and cathode materials have been fully operational. Wuxi R&D center has been invested in 1 billion, and the under-construction laboratories and pilot production lines include solid state cell, solar energy, energy storage and pouch cell. Covering 53.3 hectares, the production headquarter in Jintan Area, Changzhou had been invested 1 billion Yuan. The intelligence system of intelligence delivery, digital Kanban and analysis, quality tracing and analysis, and digital quality test will facilitate the aim of 76 GWH in 2025. Besides, the planning Europe battery plant has been invested in 2 billion Euro. The first phase production will be realized at the end of 2022. The company aims to step into the markets in Europe and America and high-end OEM supporting systems and finally become a world-class new-energy enterprise and battery supplier.
