Analyze company organisation and staffing situation, assist in setting up annual headcount
plan in line with business development needs.

diversified recruitment channel, perfect recruiting procedure.
Responsible for screening candidates, organsing/participating interview process, conducting
effective analysis on candidates'qualifications.
Analyzing possible problems existing in the organation and providing feasible suggestions
or solutions.
Responsible for explaining company policies to employees, assist in dealing with disputies
or arguments associated with employment.
Assist in setting up effective training plan, follow up training process and traing effectiveness
analysis.
Responsible for seting up/perfecting training system, improving training procedures and
maintaining training records,ect.
