| Job Purpose： Responsibilities are to operate lab testing equipment and machines used for the testing of manufactured product to determine performance to color and physical testing specifications, plus perform color adjustments where required. | |
| Minimum Requirements ·Undergraduate course or above, major in Polymer, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. ·Laboratory desired experience, product quality control, masterbatch manufacture experience is appreciate. ·Must have better than normal color vision as determined by Farnsworth Munsell 100 HUE Test or the HVC color vision skill test. ·Must demonstrate proficient math skills. ·Demonstrate good leadership abilities potential. | |
| Main Responsibilities ·Perform color testing tasks used for evaluation of production materials. ·Perform physical testing of products to determine their performance to specified physical property criteria. ·Record the test result in related work form. ·Operate lab equipment and machines used for the testing of manufactured product, plus color matching and products evaluation. ·Assist other technicians in the process of testing and evaluating, matching as needed. ·Follow the safety requirement when operating the lab equipment and machine. ·Report equipment problems and unsafe working conditions immediately to Shift Leader. ·Put the labor into the PT system in time. Report the labor detailed and accurately. ·Adhering to proper operating and safety procedures in performing all of the above duties and responsibilities. ·Keep work area clean and organized. ·Identify and work with supervisor to eliminate barriers to continuous improvement. ·Performing other duties as assigned. |
