 Global Management Trainee (GMT) Program: A 360° View of Our Business in Just 18 Months

Our GMT Program will give you an in-depth look across the entire organization to prepare you for your fast-track career here at AB InBev. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business and influence key decisions. From entry level to Zone President, everyone has a seat at the table and is expected to bring their best every single day.

We immerse you with hands-on experience in various functional areas, from Marketing to Sales to Operations. You’ll work in different breweries and offices and get to know top leaders along the way.

Application Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Ø  Students graduate between July 1st 2019 and July 31st 2021

Ø  Bachelor degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business or Science or related degree

Ø  Work authorization in China for which application is being submitted

Ø  Geographical mobility

Ø  High proficiency in both written and oral English

Ø  Quickly adapt to new environment

Ideal Profile:

Ø  Strong analytical skills

Ø  Cross functional interest

Ø  Ambitious and self-driven

Ø  Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
